Good evening and thank you for signing up to volunteer at our meet at Shearwater tomorrow! Volunteer check in begins at 6:45AM (since you'll be there with kiddos anyways), but just make certain you check in with me by 7:15AM; if I don’t see you then you don’t get credit for volunteering. I'll be there bright and early with the intense, pink board shirt - you won't be able to miss me. Warm ups begin promptly at 7:15 for our swimmers and volunteer meeting is at 7:30 so please make certain to arrive and be ready to go.
