Good afternoon Porpoise families,

I was very happy we were able to get in the swim meet on Tuesday and I would like to thank everyone for your patience as we waited for the storm to pass.  The ribbons from Tuesday are already in the bins and available to be picked up.

We’re looking forward to another exciting swim meet this weekend!  Please see the important information attached. The Heritage Landing Hammerheads have provided detailed information which includes a map of their facility, highlighting parking areas and where we can set up our tents.  We have been asked to please stay off the Sand Volleyball court and the playground area which are on either side of our tent area.  I realize the temptation this can create and ask that we respect their wishes and keep everyone off these play area's.  

Swimmer Check-in opens at 6:45am and our warmups begin at 7:25am. Please try to arrive and check-in no later than 7:00am so that the coaches can submit any relay changes before warm-ups begin and your swimmers are behind the blocks ready to warm up at 7:25am.  This neighborhood is the furthest away (~30 minutes away from our pool) and their overflow parking is a short walk from their pool so please plan accordingly.

Finally, If your swimmer is signed up for the meet and they are unable to attend for any reason please text Rich, 904-666-9131, so the coaches can update the check-in list and make sure we have enough swimmers for all relays.
