Good evening Porpoise families,

We’re looking forward to another exciting swim meet this weekend! Please see the important information attached.  The RiverTown RipTides have provided detailed information which includes a map of their facility that highlights parking and where we can set up our tents.  As a reminder there is NO photography allowed from behind the blocks. You can take pictures of your swimmer on either side of the pool.  This is not only a safety rule within our league but also a rule enforced nationally by USA swimming.

Swimmer Check-in opens at 6:45am and our warmups begin at 7:25am. Please try to arrive and check-in no later than 7:00am so that the coaches can submit any relay changes before warm-ups begin and your swimmers are behind the blocks ready to warm up at 7:25am.

Swim Caps - If you have not picked up your team swim caps we will have them available to pick up at the swimmer check-in tomorrow morning.

Finally, If your swimmer is signed up for the meet and they are unable to attend for any reason please text Rich, 904-666-9131, so the coaches can update the check-in list and make sure we have enough swimmers for all relays.
