Happy 2025 to our 2024 SJSSL Champs! Your St John's Summer Swim League (SJSSL) and our JCP Porpoises board has been working hard laying the foundation for what is going to be an amazing 2025 season. Here are some important updates we would like to share with you:

Things are going to look a little bit different this year due to the construction.

• Returning swimmer registration opens Monday, March 24, 2025. Keep an eye out for the registration reminders as we get closer to the registration opening.
• This year due to the construction of the Aquatic Center we will be limiting the number of swimmers on the team for the first time. Spots will be available on a first come-first serve basis.
  • ONLY JCP residents are eligible to swim this year. For those not in JCP, please check back next year when construction is completed!
  • All 6 swim meets will be away with the first meet scheduled against South Hampton on May 17th.
  • For families with multiple swimmers, and due to system limitations, you could experience a situation where one swimmer gets a spot and another swimmer is waitlisted. Please know that if one swimmer gets a spot, all of the family swimmers registered that day will get spots; however, the system requires a manual update and could take a couple of days to update.
  • If there are any remaining spots left, we will open up registration for new swimmers on Monday, March 31.
• Our Porpoises (https://pcporpoises.swimtopia.com/) Swimtopia website is being updated as we continue finalizing season details so swing by and check it out!
  • We are currently interviewing coaches for the season and hope to post the 2025 coaches before registration opens.
  • We have worked out May’s pool time however are still working out the June and July schedule and will update the website as soon as times are finalized.
• Our SJSSL (https://stjohnssummerswimleague.swimtopia.com/) Swimtopia website has also been updated for our 2025 season.
