Good Evening Porpoise Families,

For everyone signed up and attending the meet this weekend I’ve included a visitor welcome letter from the Bartram Springs Barracudas hosting the swim meet.

We are asking everyone to arrive no later than 7:00am. Please make sure you check in as you arrive so we can quickly provide the host team with any entry scratches and relay updates.

If you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of not being able to attend the meet in the morning please e-mail Cam as soon as you can so we can make the needed adjustments. ([email protected])

Finally,  Bartram Springs had indicated that their computer operator was out of town until tomorrow so heat sheet will not be ready until later on Friday.  I will send out a message as soon as I hear that the heat sheets are available.
